Sola Fide Apparel is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as product drops, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if selected at checkout): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Addresses 

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Sola Fide Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Sola Fide Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging


International Shipping

 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
