Return & Refund Policy - Sola Fidé Apparel
We have a 40-day return policy, meaning you have 40 days from the date you purchases your item to request a return.
We offer free returns on full price items. Orders that used discount codes, were purchased on sale, or were part of promotional offers (including shipping sales) are not eligible for return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- Unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging (including cards)
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEMS THAT ARE WORN OR WASHED
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item. Exchanges for different product, color or styles are not permitted. Items must meet all return eligibility requirements (unworn, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging).

If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
